First visit to the Broadway location. Loved the decor and everything in the case looked delicious. I had a breakfast sandwich & peppermint mocha, which was very tasty, while my adult sons had a butter croissant and an almond croissant & peppermint white chocolate. I am not a big fan of croissants, but I now know that is because I have not had proper croissants! The butter and almond croissants I had bites of today were delicate, chewy, and very flavorful. 5 stars from the 3 of us for food, beverages, service, and atmosphere :)

Got a loaf of bread and a key lime tart with a coffee. The food was excellent. The bread is very solid and comes in several varieties. Recommend you carry out Coffee was very mediocre but could be improved if they used lighter roast beans and a better brewing method. Coffee ends up tasting burnt otherwise. I don’t know how replies work, but I edited my post in response to questions

Delicious pastries, and great service. The sitting area inside is very small only 2 tables. They have an outside sitting area which is okay if you don't mind the weather .

A lovely place with great food, but what makes it really special are the staff, who are warm, kind and make us feel at home each time we visit. They even let our curious children see how bread is made.

Cute little bakery in downtown Newport. They have a sister cafe/bakery in Middletown. They have an $11 sandwich and coffee combo and a variety of sweet and savory pastries.

My son and I visited Newport for the day and did a nice 20 mile bike ride, ending up at the bakery at the end of our ride. We were looking for something simple and filling and it delivered. He got the fresh turkey sandwich which was great quality - bit could use a little more flavor. I ordered the curry chicken sandwich which was just amazing. The baguette fresh and the chicken was full of flavor. We also grabbed a couple of chocolate mousse’s which were also excellent. Not too sweet or decadent - just perfect for the end of a ride. Top it off they had large one liter bottles seltzers which was exactly what we wanted after our long ride.
